Operation and develop Microsoft 365 Collaboration Solutions, especially on the basis of SharePoint Online and Microsoft Teams – taking into account guest access and cross-company cooperation. You ensure that external partners are securely integrated in compliance with regulatory requirements. You work closely with IT security, compliance, data protection and specialist areas in the team – and bring all stakeholders in line. You analyze, document and automate processes around the platform – with the aim of increasing efficiency and user experience. You act as technical:r operator:in, consultant:in and coach – and empower teams to use the full potential of Microsoft 365.

Complete Master's degree in Computer Science or Business Informatics Experience with governance, security and compliance in the M365 environment – e.g. in dealing with guest access and cross-company cooperation Certified qualification in Microsoft 365, in particular SharePoint Online, Microsoft Teams and Entra ID Experience in designing secure and consistent collaboration solutions – ideally in the financial industry Technical architectural knowledge, such as hybrid environments (Azure, Google, OnPrem), SSO Impressed communication and consulting skills and joy in interdisciplinary cooperation Very good German and English in word and writing
