Facility Operations Manager (m/f/d)

Responsibility for performance certificates, audits and preparatory commercial processes in facility management Control and coordination of administrative and operational facility management processes in ongoing campus operation Contract management and management of infrastructural facility services and management contracts Performance, quality and process control of external building service providers Contact person for building insurance as well as control of complete damage processing Organization and optimization of internal output and management processes (e.g. access cards and consumables) Participation in standardization, digitization and further development of internal operating and FM processes Support in the field of occupational safety and organisational fire protection Coordination of campus-related special topics, projects and events

Completed commercial or technical training, ideally related to facility management, real estate management, building operation or comparable areas Professional experience in operational facility management, building operation or in a comparable coordination function Experience in controlling external service providers and operating service processes Structured, independent and service-oriented mode of operation with pronounced organizational and quality awareness Very good communication capability and binding and solution-oriented appearance Safe handling of MS Office, digital systems and process structures High level of responsibility, reliability and discretion Very good German knowledge Good English knowledge of word and writing desirable
