Support of management in the strategic and operational daily business Close and partnership cooperation with management members Coordination and takeover of coordination between internal departments and teams as well as group units, customers, partners and service providers Planning, coordination and content preparation of internal and external dates and events as well as their documentation and follow-up Development of management documents and policy templates Management of and cooperation in strategic projects at management level in cooperation with internal and external stakeholders Participation in the strategic and organizational development of the company, including monitoring and management of strategic corporate priorities Analysis and assessment of management information including derivation of appropriate measures Responsibility for the management of cross-border activities in the Group environment Direct reporting to management

Successfully completed business or technical studies 3-4 years of professional experience in a comparable position; Experiences in a management consultancy Conceptual, organizational and diplomatic skills in dealing with (business policy and strategic) transactions in the middle class or in the group context including stakeholder management Analytical thinkability and a good sense of creating and design meaningful (management) presentations High sense of responsibility, commitment and a high degree of flexibility and commitment Absolute loyalty and integrity in handling highly confidential information and topics Quick conception, pronounced problem-solving competence and structured, independent working Sovereign presentation, communication and moderation capabilities Knowledge of how to use the current MS Office products Very good written and oral expressiveness in German and English readiness for national and international missions
