What we plan together: Within the Central Services function area, it is our task to carry out and implement spatial planning at the four Cologne administrative sites as well as office occupancy planning. We are also responsible for planning and carrying out office moves by employees. In consultation with users, the necessary equipment of the offices, meeting rooms and other rooms is provided.

What you do with us: You take responsibility: You support the Team Office Design & Relocation in creating and implementing innovative office concepts. You show commitment: You plan office moves and perform them with external help (peditions). You don't get in a way: you'll create orders to external service providers (suppliers, forwarders, etc.). You are in the middle: you accompany the procurement process for office furniture and furnishings. The processing of procurement applications, as well as resolution, acceptance and control of demand-oriented procurement are your tasks. You have everything in mind: You are responsible for data collection and maintenance in the Facility Management Tool and you are creating 3D visualizations with PCon.

You work structured and keep a quiet head in managing multiple simultaneous tasks. Ideally, you have a completed study or training in the field of architecture or business management and want to gain first professional experience. Mandatory internships during study or training are also possible. You have good knowledge of popular MS Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook), Microsoft 365 (Teams, OneDrive) and experience visualizations in 3D drawing programs. You have a class B license or are mobile within Cologne. Your spatial imagination and creativity complete your profile.
