You are a trained learning therapist (m/w/d) or do you have a degree in learning therapy? Perhaps you have already gained valuable experience in working with children or have completed a post-qualification in the field of kita.

Your profile

• (m/w/d) or a comparable training in the field of education
• First experiences in the crib or elementary field are advantageous, but also professional beginners are welcome with us
• Ideally a completed post-qualification of 180 hours in development psychology, pedagogy of childhood and child protection
• Empathy, sense of responsibility, good communication skills, commitment, openness and a sense of humor – the heart at the right spot
• Interest in training regularly and actively exchange with colleagues
• Motivation to create an exciting and stimulating everyday life

• Active communication and cooperation with parents to understand their needs and concerns
