Full object support: You manage a part of the 17 multi-family houses and 2 office buildings in Berlin as well as the 4 objects in Leipzig (the latter in close cooperation with our proven partners and brokers on site) Technical & Operational Management: From the commissioning and coordination of craftsmen to the monitoring of maintenance to the monitoring of rental changes and the damage processing directly on site – you have the threads for your supervised objects in your hand Relieving in the back: The pure accounting runs over the family office standing behind the company, You book and consolidate invoices, create operating and auxiliary cost bills, monitor the rental payments and take over the tenant management Short Ways: With us you decide directly and quickly on your own or in the small team

at least 3 years of experience in real estate management You are characterized by a high degree of serenity, sovereignty and healthy resilience and know that many problems in everyday life can often be solved with a nice, binding word. You appreciate the direct exchange with the team and the tenants - as the care of the objects requires a certain presence, this is a pure office and on-site activity (no home office) You think solution-oriented like an entrepreneur You bring pre-experience into administrative software, ideally Domus - or the willingness to work quickly in it is not a problem for you
