What we plan together

System curing and security management: You carry out system curing measures for Linux (RHEL) and Windows systems according to the requirements of Cert-BW and BSI. Security policies and automation: You develop and implement security policies and procedures. With Bash and PowerShell scripts, you automate security-relevant tasks and hardening processes. Virtualization and infrastructure hardening: You manage and cure VM environments. Active Directory and Network Protection: You manage and harden Active Directory (AD) environments. In addition, you configure and manage firewalls (Cisco) to realize network security. Security checks and audits: You carry out security checks and audits, analyze vulnerabilities and resolve vulnerabilities in systems and networks. Teamwork and Security Strategy: You work closely with other IT teams to develop and implement a holistic security strategy. Stakeholder Management: Communicate (internal and external) and work closely with project teams, stakeholders and customers.

You have a technical training, study or comparable qualification. Your well-founded knowledge of the system administration of Linux RHEL or Windows characterizes you. You have experience with the safety guidelines and standards of CertBW and BSI. You have advanced skills in script creation with Bash and PowerShell. You have experience in managing VM environments, as well as configuring and managing firewalls. You have knowledge of the administration of Active Directory (AD). Personal contact with customers brings you fun. Self-employed work and the takeover of responsibility characterize you. You have very good knowledge of German in word and writing. You are ready for regular service trips within Germany. This means that we understand the basic flexibility of being on-site with the customer under the week.
