You warmly welcome our guests and ensure professional, personal advice and support With your organizational design, you will ensure a smooth run at the reception and pay attention to our quality standards Check-in, check-out, billing and cash management are part of your varied everyday life at the front office You keep an overview of debitors and creditors and make sure that payment guarantees are collected and checked Together with housekeeping, reservation and service, you create a strong team and ensure seamless guest support Through your overview you always know about the current booking situation You take complaints professionally and find a satisfactory solution for our guests With your fingertips, you drive Upselling in the sense of our corporate philosophy and so actively contribute to success This is a slight employment (40 hours/month).

You are delighted to welcome our hotel guests with a smile and make sure You feel comfortable from the very first moment You have completed vocational training in the hotel and/or first professional experience in the hotel industry You have organizational skills and are also resilient in hectic situations, flexible and reliable You are ambitious, you like to work in the team and take responsibility both for the house and for the staff entrusted to you Good communication and sales capability Service-oriented and cost-conscious thinking and action Good knowledge of German and English (min. B1) Good MS Office knowledge – good user knowledge of hotel-specific computer programs, especially OPERA
