Become a new member of the NOWEDA-Team Bautechnik as project manager (m/w/d) – initially limited to two years, but with very good chances of determination. We look forward to your application! Responsibility for new construction, maintenance and conversion projects at NOWEDA locations in the field of technical facility management and building management, introduction of energy concepts and software solutions and much more in connection with sustainability, control of the planning, designing and calculation of technical equipment and more at our locations, coordination of external services including maintenance and maintenance; Cost and contract controlling, budget planning Continuous improvement of working environments and processes as well as documentation and evaluation of project results.

Experience in the planning, implementation and control of technical projects in the field of TGA / Facility Management and in the handling of CAFM systems completed training as well as further training for technicians in the field of HLK/HLSK or comparable or a study in the field of building technology, construction technology, architecture with subsequent well-founded professional experience in the project management, knowledge in the fields of maintenance, maintenance, building technology, energy efficiency and sustainable building management, Federal-wide readiness to travel in high-phase at 4 nights a month, expressed skills in the analysis and optimization of technical processes as well as in budget and contract management, Communication strength, enforcement capacity and the ability to convey complex technical information clearly and structured.
