As a children's village manager, you have the overall responsibility for the educational, organizational and strategic management of the children's village, ensure the operational day-to-day business and are responsible for the further development of the educational concepts. The dedicated management team of educational directors, administration management, personnel department and public work will be guided, accompanied and further developed by you in the sense of a cooperative leadership culture. You work closely with the management and the management of the two other children's villages and coordinate strategic and operational topics. Change processes are initiated, structuredly controlled and implemented in the organization. The legal compliance, professional and internal standards ensure you as well as responsible business management of the site. You represent the children's village sovereignly in networks and bodies as well as towards cooperation partners and in political context.

A completed study of social education, social work, medical education or a comparable qualification forms the basis of your expertise. In addition, you have a strong management competence that you use safely and responsibly. Multiannual leadership experience in child and youth assistance as well as the successful management of complex organizational units characterize your professional career.
