Total Responsibility for Salesforce Landscape (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud) Further development of the CRM strategy in close coordination with Sales, Service and Management Responsibility for architecture, releases, roadmap and technical quality Control and further development of SAP Salesforce Integration (MuleSoft, SAP Connector) Building a Secure Salesforce IT Operation Evaluation of new Salesforce capabilities and innovations Professional and disciplinary leadership of the Salesforce team (3-4 employees) Coaching, further development and motivation of employees Priority of requirements, capacity and resource planning Ensuring stability, performance and operation of the Salesforce platform Close cooperation with the SAP Applications team leader Central contact person for business stakeholders (sales, service) Coordination with external partners and service providers Communication in an international environment

Multiannual experience with Salesforce (Sales Cloud and/o Service Cloud) First experience in managing or coordinating teams Very good understanding of CRM processes in the sales and service environment Experience with integration scenarios (ideally MuleSoft, SAP connection) SAP knowledge of advantage Commercial Understanding and Business Affinity Communication offenses, sovereign and binding Dynamic, ambitious, eager Structured, solution-oriented operation Enforced and team-oriented High self-responsibility and design will Negotiating English Readiness to travel within the DACH region
