You support operational and professional decisions along our insurance-related business processes with meaningful evaluations, analyses and reports. You prepare data from different sources, link it to loadable decision bases and ensure high data quality. You continuously develop existing data processing, analysis and reporting lines and bring your own ideas to optimise. You support our areas of expertise with key figures, dashboards as well as ad-hoc analyses and prepare results in a comprehensible, concise and targeted way. You accompany digitization and automation projects with the appropriate data, analyses and professional impulses. You identify optimization potentials in insurance processes based on data, assess their impact and support the implementation of appropriate measures.

You have several years of experience as a business analyst, BI analyst or in a comparable role with clear data focus – ideally in the insurance, brokerage or financial environment. You have very good SQL skills and experience in data retrieval from relational databases as well as working with ETL, data processing and BI tools such as EasyMorph, Power BI or comparable solutions. You can collect, document and translate technical requirements into loadable data logic, KPIs, business rules and reports. You prepare complex facts to address and make results tangible through clear visualizations, data storytelling and comprehensible recommendations. You work with different stakeholders from disciplines, IT, BI team and management and bring different perspectives together. Knowledge of Data Quality Management, Salesforce Reporting, APIs, Microsoft Fabric or agile projects is a plus. You have very good knowledge of German (at least C1 level) in word and writing.
