Marketing and Communication Manager (m/w/d) (focus on business marketing)

As part of the Corporate Marketing & Communications Team in Business Marketing, you are instrumental in strategically positioning our business areas and communicatively accompanying their successful development. Our common goal: to actively shape the future of our business with clear, effective communication and targeted business marketing.

Responsibility for the operational implementation of the marketing strategy for selected business areas

Close cooperation with Business Area Managers, Sales and Product Management to accurately align marketing measures

Target group analyses and segmentations. Focus on data-based decision-making

Conception, control and implementation of internal and external communication measures, including multi-channel campaigns, digital content formats, PR and trade fair appearances – together with our specialists in the Corporate Marketing & Communications Team

Analysis and reporting of relevant KPIs. Use of tracking and analysis tools

Briefing, control and quality control of agencies, creative partners and internal stakeholders

Budget planning and ensuring efficient resource use

To become part of the Rosenxt family, you have an analytical, structured and solution-oriented way of working. A completed degree in marketing, communication sciences, media, BWL or a comparable subject

2 - 4 years of experience in marketing. Ideally in the technical B2B or innovation environment

Proof of success in the development and implementation of campaigns and marketing projects

High communication and presentation capability

Experience in cooperation with a wide range of stakeholders (business manager, sales, development, HR)

Ability to communicate complex technical content understandably

Sovereign handling of digital marketing and AI tools

Analytical thinking and structured working

Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing

Affinity for technology and software topics are a plus
