Entertainment of buildings, meeting rooms and their facilities Maintenance of furniture and technical equipment Order and maintenance of external installations performing the in-house driving service with the in-house vehicles Construction of meeting rooms in the specified setup (chairs, conference technology, special requests) in consultation with the reservation department and housekeeping Contact person for technical questions at conferences incl. Instruction of speakers Participation in responsibility for the active contribution to nature and environmental protection Compliance with safety regulations (infestation, fire protection, accident) Compliance with the measures required in the spurious case regulation (enforcement and control) Implementation of 24 hours of call readiness according to schedule
