For our tax transaction consulting at Stuttgart, Munich or Frankfurt we are looking for reinforcement. At RSM Ebner Stolz, you analyze tax risks in the context of tax due diligence projects and take into account the risks identified in your tax support for the purchase contract negotiations (SPA Review). You develop concepts for tax-optimal structuring of business transactions and after a successful transaction, you support the Post Deal Integration. Your area of responsibility also includes tax advice on group-internal restructuring, the development of tax design concepts and ongoing tax advice. Also look forward to the challenge of taking responsibility in the leadership and guidance of younger team members.

You have successfully completed your tax consultant exams and have been able to gain professional experience in tax design and transaction consulting? You have secure knowledge in English, well-founded knowledge of national and international tax law and enjoy the project business?
