Occupational Safety Specialist (m/f/d)

You ensure the implementation and compliance of statutory requirements. Safety of work. You support and advise in the planning, execution, deployment and optimization of operations and systems. You take care of a regular inspection of plants and carry out measurements on noise and hazardous substances. You create operating instructions and accident prevention regulations, instruct executives and employees accordingly and act on a safety-oriented behaviour of all. You carry out technical and psychological risk assessments and risk analyses. You are co-responsible for the procurement of appropriate PSAs and take care of their issue. You ensure a functioning prevention and emergency management, organize fire protection and evacuation exercises, and collect corresponding training needs.

You have completed technical training and have completed further training as master or technician. You are trained as a specialist for occupational safety. You ideally bring professional experience in a comparable position. You are safe in reading and understanding legal texts and requirements. You have good knowledge of German and solid English. You are very communicative and are available as contact persons and trainers.
