expert assessment and assessment of pawn objects: Jewelry, watches, smartphones, consumer electronics, photo equipment and much more Appropriate assessment of the value and the obligibility of the deposit settlement of deposit credit contracts: Competent advice and contract creation for customers Secure handling of the entire occupancy process Ensuring smooth and customer-oriented processing Customer support at the highest level: Comprehensive advice and support of customers on the switch, by phone, email and WhatsApp Friendly and competent handling of customer requests and concerns Construction and maintenance of long-term customer relationships Support for auctions: Active participation in the preparation and execution of deposit auctions Ensuring smooth running and high customer satisfaction Efficient management of office tasks: Support for general office work such as file management, correspondence and data maintenance Contribution to a well-organized and efficient working environment Support in the storage area: With the help of the acceptance, storage and delivery of pawn objects Ensuring proper and clear storage Working in our jewelry store: Decoration and presentation of goods Consulting our customers and selling jewelry and watches Customer correspondence and data management

A completed commercial vocational training (e.g. merchant/wife in retail, watchmaker, goldsmith/in) is advantageous, however, no requirement Ideally, you have already been able to gain knowledge in the jewelry industry or technology sector (e.g. smartphones, tablets) Customer-oriented attitude: You are happy to handle people and are characterized by a high degree of service orientation and friendliness. Discretion and reliability: You are reliable, trustworthy and able to treat sensitive information confidentially. Flexibility and loadability: You are flexible to use and able to maintain a cool head even in stressful situations.
