At our construction site office near Stuttgart Airport you take on responsible commercial tasks for the large project ''Pfaffensteig Tunnel'' in full time: You check and edit shipping documents and are responsible for their proper storage Due to your routined processing of credit accounting, you will have a safe look at payment targets and discount options and also perform the audit, confirmation and booking When recording work hours and other wage components, you are very conscientious and will ensure a correct billing for our professional staff. Certificates and guarantees and associated deadlines and appointments are in your best hands With the completion of further tasks at the project location, you provide valuable support for the entire team

You have completed your studies or professional training You have already gained professional experience in a comparable activity; Pre-experiences within the construction industry or large-scale construction projects are advantageous You are confident in dealing with Microsoft Office and new software tools In addition to a friendly, professional and binding appearance, you have a high level of flexibility, communication skills, reliability and an organizational talent
