Account Manager (m/w/d)

Your tasks:

Your responsibilities

• Implementation of account clarification and coordination with customers
• Monitoring of dunning, from payment reminders to judicial dunning
• Cooperation with sales for order processing
• Daily booking of bank account extracts and processing of non-automatic items
• Checking the credit quality of customers and controlling credit management
• Creation of reports and analyses for debitor management
• Support for monthly and annual accounts in the field of debitor accounting

Your qualifications:

That's what you bring

• Completed commercial training or studies in the field of accounting, finance or comparable qualifications
• Professional experience required in debitor accounting
• Knowledge in MS Office, experiences with ERP systems such as SAP or Business Central desirable
• Basic knowledge of legal aspects of debt management required
• Ability to work independently as well as high accuracy and reliability
• Very good knowledge of German and good knowledge of English in word and writing
