Head of Control Center Systems System Management (a*)

Technically and disciplinefully, you conduct the organizational unit and you are responsible for the targeted deployment and the development of your employees. You ensure the safe, stable and economical operation of the network control system, Tech-IT and other support systems for network management. As a central contact person, you act as a service provider for the employees of the network management, which assumes the role of your internal client. You advise on the performance, availability and the possibilities of use of the control center systems and are responsible for the content implementation in accordance with the requirements of your own organization. You control the planning, project planning, implementation and further development of complex technical projects and actively promote innovation in the field of control center systems – always taking into account all relevant laws, regulations and regulations. You ensure compliance with legal, regulatory and internal requirements and are responsible for information security, data protection and work security in your area. Together with internal and external service providers, you ensure a high availability of complex control center systems and coordinate the troubleshoot in close cooperation with the manufacturers.

A completed (special) university study of electrical engineering, computer science, industrial engineering or comparable qualification forms the basis of your profile. In addition, there is at least five years of professional experience in a relevant environment, of which at least two years of operating experience with a network operator. Finding knowledge of computer architectures, operating systems, database systems, programming languages, as well as in the administration of OT and IT systems and networks are a feature. A comprehensive understanding of the structure and functioning of network control systems as well as experience in project management are also provided.
