You run a team of approximately 8 internal employees and external service providers with a focus on IT service and IT project management. You will ensure the targeted capacity and deployment planning of resources. You promote the professional development and performance of the team. You are responsible for overarching management and further development of IT Service portfolios (applications, infrastructure and technical and business services). You implement and develop standardized processes for IT Service Management according to ITIL 4 (e.g. Incident, Problem, Service Level, Service Catalogue, Portfolio Management) and support the associated governance elements (e.g. roles, processes, guidelines). You control the provision of central IT services (e.g. Servicedesk) including monitoring of central KPIs and quality assurance. You prioritise and tax IT projects based on business priorities, risks and economics and ensure the timely implementation of the projects within budget, quality and performance targets. You support budget planning and controlling project and service expenses. In addition, you coordinate cross-departmental voting and report to the management level. You participate in the design and continuous development of the IT operating model as part of the IT strategy.
