Together with a team of product managers, employees in the database department and our software developers, we publish professionally highly qualified products for architects in the area of cost planning, energy planning, office and project management as well as sustainability. We are looking for a passionate, motivated management of product management, which wants to shape and develop our entire product portfolio. The building cost information center of Deutscher Architektenkammern GmbH (BKI) is the central service facility for over 100,000 architects. The BKI building cost databases comprise several thousand offset objects to new buildings, old buildings and outdoor facilities. These are the basis for the BKI expert information programme in the area of cost planning. Since 2002, the BKI has also successfully provided specialist information for the energy-efficient planning and construction, and in addition, the BKI also publishes comparative values for CO2-/GWP and other ecological balance values for objects, components and positions. For some products, you work together as a product manager and for others with the relevant product managers. The BKI, based in Stuttgart, is looking for an architect/architect (m/w/d) in full-time (40 hours/week) for product management.

You will be incorporated and accompanied by the previous job owner You will then be responsible for the content and development of existing products and for the strategic development of further, future specialist publications You coordinate new editions, new releases and revisions You take over the organizational leadership and further development of the product management team You observe the market, derive update requirements, initiate new topics and products and control their implementation from idea to individual process steps to successful market launch You work in developing digital BKI strategies with (BKI web applications) You take over the management of strategic projects and research projects (F&E) You create annual planning in coordination with management, database department, software development, marketing and sales You are in contact with external authors and are the internal interface to our database department, software development, marketing and sales. You bring the willingness to participate in seminars, trade fairs and cooperation events and to maintain direct customer contact there

Higher education in architecture, civil engineering or comparable engineering training (e.g. Bautechniker m/w/d) Your self-responsibility, willingness to use and enjoy new challenges You have many years of professional experience paired with safe occurrence, openness, assertiveness and economic thinking You have experience in managing and implementing projects, keeping a cool head and have an overview Ideally, you already have experience as leadership Experience in the field of architecture/construction is desirable You have a strong communication strength and good knowledge of German in word and writing
