Support, training and consulting of care teams in specialist and interaction-specific care problems Planning, management and implementation of care science projects to ensure evidence-based care Creation and evaluation of research, data analysis and results reports including visual processing Quality and result orientation to improve outcomes for patients Interface work with quality management and other relevant departments

Complete training as a nursing specialist / nursing specialist / nursing specialist, or Health and nursing assistant*in (ATA) Anesthesia and intensive care desirable University degree (Bachelor, ideally Master) in the field of nursing/health sciences or a related discipline Funded expertise in anaesthesia care and first experience in project management Very good MS Office knowledge, analytical thinking and secure language and text understanding Commitment, team spirit, communication strength and willingness to take on professional responsibility Legally necessary evidence of immunization against measles
