Senior Consultant (m/w/d)

Full time – Paderborn– Hybrid work possible – now Tasks

You take over the return and complaint processing – from recording to solution-oriented completion. You coordinate backend processes, orders and suppliers so that every customer requirement is met smoothly. You create real customer satisfaction through competent advice, solution-oriented care and proactive complaint management. You update master data and secure the basis for efficient processes. You organize the shipping of suitable components. You address technical concerns, assist customers in the installation, commissioning and use of our security solutions. You support our supplier management. You plan service assignments, tune technician appointments, monitor progress and keep all involved informed. You check and process incoming and outgoing service bills.

You have completed a completed technical training, ideally focusing on electronics or alarm system security. You have a commercial understanding of the safe handling of customer and service processes. You are fit in handling the current MS Office products. You control secure communication in German (Wort & Schrift). You put the customer and his satisfaction at the heart of your daily action. You are interested in technical products in need of explanation and bring a technical understanding. It's fun to show other solutions to technical problems. Also in stressful situations you keep a cool head and keep an overview.
