Payroll Specialist (m/w/d) – growing logistics company

With a high degree of structure, commitment and team spirit, the commercial team ensures the smooth running of the daily business. In order to strengthen the payroll team, we are now looking for a reliable and pay-affine personality that not only sees routine in the billing but wants to shape, improve and take responsibility. Responsibility for the monthly payment of a defined business area Individual support of special topics (e.g. parental leave, one-off payments, occupational pensions) Participation in internal projects, optimization of processes and, where appropriate, international coordination Advising employees and executives on billing issues Close cooperation with colleagues: inside out of the staff support and the payroll team in complex issues

Completed commercial training or business studies with professional experience in the field of pay accounting Knowledge of the right to pay tax and social security Routine in dealing with MS Office; ideally first experience with SAP HCM and/or SuccessFactors Hands-On Mentality, Communication Strength, High Level of Discretion, Accuracy and Self-Working
