To strengthen our dynamic team at the site in Dreieich, we are looking for one or more Customer Service Manager 1st Level / 2nd Level (m/w/d) unlimited, full-time (40 hours/week)

telephone and written response of received service requests from our customers and trading partners Conversion of incoming mails, as well as voice mails into tickets Depositing documents in our ticket system (CRM Genesis World) Processing of administrative tasks Tracking open enquiries and, if necessary, voting with the 3rd level support Translation work in Dutch and/or English

We are looking for contact with qualified personalities who have several years of successful professional experience in customer service based on commercial training. You are familiar with dealing with independent trading companies at “Augenhöhe”.
