DIY store management (m/f/d)

Carl Bremer is a family-run medium-sized company and operates 120 employees at three locations in Ostholstein building materials shops and construction markets. Known as “the partner around building” we are on the side of our customers with a lot of personal commitment and expertise.

For our headquarters in Eutin we are looking for a dedicated building market management (m/w/d). In this responsible position, you assume responsibility for the sales and earnings of the market. You lead the team, manage shopping and sales activities, maintain our customers and coordinate the processes in the team. In addition, you optimize internal processes, actively engage in the achievement of targets and create a motivating working environment in which all employees feel comfortable and enjoy their tasks. Head of the building market, gardening and tile centre for turnover and earnings Staff management and participation incl. Per­so­cial planning Goods management and roll-out Planning / implementation of advertising and sales promotion Promoting customer and service Working in purchasing and assortment selection Implementation of distributive agreements and procedures Project management

Successful training with additional qualifications or dual study Multiannual professional and leadership experience comprehensive industry knowledge in the DIY sector, in particular with regard to assortments and suppliers Research, skills and skills on the transition with customers, consumers and employees Responsibility, organization and a targeted approach round off your profile
