Implementation and coordination of tax due diligence tests in Germany and abroad Negotiations of business purchase agreements (in particular commenting on tax clauses (tax exemptions / tax guarantees)) Definition of employment structures taking into account the group structure Current tax advice on all issues relating to the group's financial topics, such as cash pool issues, support in the management of financial flows / liquidity, equity and foreign capital allocation in the group, tax contractual support or cross-border financial issues Support for international projects

Senior Consultant (m/w/d) as well as successfully filed tax advisor exams Knowledge of German income tax law, ideally from the activity in a tax consulting/auditing company with international clients or in an internationally operating company Interest in and willingness to work on tax issues in M&A transactions and in tax finance First experiences in the field are desirable but not necessary Negotiating English skills Above-average commitment, reliability and a conscientious working JOBV1_EN
