Do you want to be the first contact for your customers with financial challenges? Do you want to conduct holistic consultations and expand customer relationships? As part of a personal exchange, the position in the offices of our client in Duisburg, Mülheim, Oberhausen or ratings is to be permanently occupied at the next possible time. In your role, you create customer needs analysis and develop individual financial solutions for your customers.

You create customer needs analyses and conduct comprehensive consultations

You develop tailor-made financial solutions, in particular in the fields of insurance, credit, investment and pension provision

You expand existing customer relationships and attract new customers

You recognize customer requirements as well as cross-selling potentials and guide customers to the relevant specialists in special consulting needs

You will forward the customer to the respective specialists in case of consulting requirements

Completed banking training

Professional experience in consulting private customers or individual customers

An existing BaFin ID

Knowledge in retail business, in particular in the field of investment

Joy in active customer contact and individual, holistic advice

A customer-oriented, communicative, reliable and friendly way of working with sales dynamics

Very good knowledge of German in word and writing
