Change Communication & Enablement Target-oriented communication for upcoming IT and software rollouts You develop for our subsidiaries.

You translate technical changes in a comprehensible and understand what changes and what support is available.

Helps, training materials, FAQs and short guides can be found for different user groups.

Executives, key users and operational teams enable you to safely use new digital solutions.

Rollout preparation & implementation Our subsidiaries provide you with structured IT and software rollouts.

Organising preparatory topics such as accesses, hardware, data, field mapping, training and local communication coordinates you.

Go-lives and Hypercare phases accompany you with acceptance, use and open questions.

You receive feedback from the companies and tune the necessary improvements with the Group IT team.

Interface Management & Standardization You work closely with management, executives, key users and operational teams of our subsidiaries.

Technical requirements translate into concrete and feasible measures for everyday work.

Local key-user and multiplier networks You build up and develop them continuously.

Experiences from previous rollouts are presented in reusable standards, methods and playbooks.

That's what you bring: Multiannual experience in change management, rollout management, project management or in the digital transformation forms your technical basis.

Practice in the support of IT, software, or tool introductions you already bring.

Strength in communication, moderation and stakeholder management enabled You can safely support different target groups through change processes.

Very good knowledge of German as well as a structured, pragmatic and solution-oriented manner complete your profile.

This helps you to succeed faster: Experience with Microsoft 365, Outlook, MFA, digital jobs or business-critical software solutions would be beneficial.

A basic understanding of IT infrastructures, user and authorization concepts or software and data landscapes is desirable.

Knowledge of change management methods such as ADKAR or Kotter would be a plus.
