Professional and disciplinary leadership of the employees of quality assurance Further development of the Quality department in the Quality Systems department Quality manager and responsible for the process of food production Monitoring, steering and continuous optimization of processes (document management, change control, etc.) Effective cross-departmental communication in quality control processes Implementation, implementation and compliance with quality-relevant customer requirements Planning and implementation of audits (intern/customer/certification and supplier audits)

Experience in quality management at a mass production company Understanding food requirements as well as relevant quality and hygiene standards, e.g. HACCP, ISO Very good German and good English skills Secure application of MS Office High self-responsibility, self-responsibility and entrepreneurial work, organizational talent, commitment and enforcement First leadership experience with personal responsibility – of advantage Performance and handling of audit – of advantage
