Technical employee/caretaker in an inpatient residential group (m/f/d)

Welcome aboard - We are looking for you as a technical:n Staff:in/Hostmaster:in a stationary group (m/w/d)!

The intensive educational housing group "Ankerplatz" is an established youth aid institution specialising in stationary education for children and young people. We offer a safe and supportive environment in which children and young people are accompanied on their way to self-employment and personal development.

Your tasks

• Team support as a reliable all-rounder with handcrafted skills
• Monitoring, maintenance and operation of building equipment
• Small repairs in and around the building
• Cleaning and care of the property and garden area
• Winter service
• Monitoring of disposal services

Our requirements for you

• You have experience in the craft sector.

• They are open to the various tasks.

• They work independently, responsibly, carefully and with their own initiative.

• They have good communication skills.

• Social competence in dealing with the employees:inside and residents:inside

• They are owned by a class B licence.

• You're enjoying work, even if it's turbulent.
