We are looking for a person who combines legal precision with creativity. general legal advice and legal design as legal service for all municipal services, staff offices and for the own businesses of the city of Villingen-Schwenningen Processing of legal disputes together with the specialist offices, conduct independent judicial proceedings and represent the city before the official, labour and administrative courts Legal advice, preparation of opinions and opinions and preparation of administrative decisions Main areas of law to be covered: general and special administrative law, including local constitutional law, public building law, civil law with VOB, procurement law, municipal liability law, labour law and foreign law Participation in the creation of meeting templates for urban bodies Deputy Head of Mission
