Specialist Transport Procurement / Freight Purchasing (m/f/d)

You identify, evaluate and develop transport partners and subcontractors, including tenders, offer comparisons, price negotiations and capacity building. You control the entire partner lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding, including document checks, master data maintenance, contract documents, compliance proofs, system maintenance and ongoing updating. You monitor compliance with relevant requirements and processes, in particular with regard to GüKG, PostModG, PQ-KEP, Federal Network Agency, Subcontractor Transparency and Internal Standards. You create and apply contracts, AGB, pricing systems and partner documents and support in case of liability, complaints and damages, as well as in case of further loads and clarifications. You monitor performance, quality, prices, and compliance internally and externally, first perform evaluations and initiate appropriate measures for deviations. You are a central service and control function for our decentralized transport managers, mediate between specialist departments and work closely with finance, operations and other interfaces.

You have a completed commercial training, ideally in shipping, logistics or transport, or have a comparable practical experience. You bring experience in disposition, freight purchase, carrier management, transport partner control or in the KEP or logistics environment. You are sure to deal with transport partners, after-contractors, negotiations, complaints, damages and operational interfaces. You have good knowledge of land transport, transport processes and commercial relationships. Experience with TMS, Excel or data-based monitoring is advantageous. You work structured, negotiate safe, get through and have a good sense of quality, risk and economy.
