Financial Accountant (m/f/d)

As a Financial Accountant (m/w/d), you take responsibility for our internal accounting – with a clear focus on debitor accounting. At the same time, you support monthly and annual financial statements and introduce your ideas when it comes to making our financial processes easier, more efficient and more transparent.

In short, We are looking for an experienced accountant who takes responsibility to take part in the day-to-day business and at the same time wants to further develop our financial processes.

Debitor accounting Own processing of debitor accounting Creation, testing and accounting of initial invoices and credits Accounting and allocation of payment inputs Accounting and clarification of payment differences Monitoring and coordination of open positions Implementation of dunning and receivable management Preparation and implementation of number runs Processing of customer requests for invoices and payment transactions Support for further tasks of ongoing financial accounting (creditors) Monthly and annual accounts Support for the creation of monthly and annual accounts Preparation of accounts, delimitations and relevant final documents Support in the clarification of accounting matters Processes & Development Identification of optimization and automation potentials Further development and standardization of existing financial processes Participation in the digitization and automation of our accounting Designing a modern and efficient internal financial organization

completed commercial training, studies with a focus on finance/accounting or a comparable qualification; a further development to the accounting book holder (w/m/d) is advantageous Multiannual professional experience in financial accounting, ideally focusing on debitor accounting Experience in supporting monthly and annual accounts Good knowledge of relevant accounting processes Safe handling of MS Office, especially Excel Experience with ERP and accounting systems (datev of advantage) You work structured, carefully and reliably You like to think in processes and actively seek ways to improve Hands-on mentality: You see what needs to be done and take care of it Communication strength and joy in cooperation with different contact persons (w/m/d) Very good German and good English skills
