Functional service / ZNA

You will ensure patient care while taking into account and complying with quality guidelines (e.g. G-BA or DNQP) for your area of responsibility and work with quality management. You serve the following areas: functional diagnostics, dialysis, pain clinic, A-OP, Z-OP, patient intake (careful reception), surgical preparation, HKL, ZNA, NUK and the ambulance center. You design the development and implementation of innovative, patient-oriented work and operations within your competence. You make a significant contribution to the personnel management and personnel development of your future employees. You are responsible for compliance with job planning and implement statutory requirements of personnel deployment planning (e.g. PpUGV). Coaching of station lines to optimize station organization and personnel deployment planning. Check the station lines for the economic and efficient use of the personnel with instruments of the care controller and the performance development (CMI / bed utilisation) of the clinics. Responsible for the reduction of overtime, holiday planning on the basis of the BV, monitoring of the failure concept in the case of human bottlenecks. Organisation and monitoring of the legally required instructions within the framework of the Radiation Protection Regulation and X-ray Protection Regulation for all employees who have access to the control areas or work with radioactive substances.
