We are looking for someone who not only leads, but enthusiastic and connects: Completed studies in e.g. social work, social education, educational sciences or completed vocational training in the educational field with multiannual professional experience Experience in employee leadership and team leadership as well as empathy, nearness and willingness to give and promote responsibility Experience in dealing with impaired children is desirable Proven competences in consulting methods and crisis intervention techniques as well as pronounced conflict competence and reflectivity A high level of organisational and prioritization capability, independent working and communicative strength at all levels Class B driving licence
