You are responsible for the preparation and execution of the audit in SAP They are the contact person for the branch to billing matters for energy and water supply accounts You are responsible for ordering and data management in SAP You take over general administrative tasks such as the processing of correspondence, the creation of presentations, the preparation of appointments They update and maintain the subject-specific IT applications, for example energy management software (deZem/ ECoS 2.0) They are responsible for operating data management (e.g. energy data management) They contribute to carrying out tasks arising from energy and contract management as well as from general topics in the field of sustainability, climate protection and energy management

They have completed commercial vocational training as a real estate, industrial or wholesale and foreign trade businesswoman (w/m/d) or comparable. Further requirements: You can already present experience in energy accounting or energy accounting In the case of applicants from other training institutions, proof of the relevant professional activities should at best be attached to the application documents with reference to the construction and/or real estate management. Depending on the personal and operational requirements, a fee for employees is from the E 7 payment group to the E 9a TV‐L (approximately 40.300,00 € – approx. € 57.200,00 per year) with all agreed social benefits (e.g. occupational pensions).
