Support for small and large-scale projects with the entire range of civil engineering: groundwork for waste and disposal facilities, renewal of dirt and rainwater networks and supply channels of technical infrastructure, road and road construction and outdoor facilities As a contact person, You are regularly on site, supervise the construction work and advise the contractors and users on project-specific questions, while the construction work is also on the construction site. This also includes voting with approval authorities and users. You work in interdisciplinary construction project teams on various projects for the Federal Ministry of Defence You carry out necessary procurement procedures for the selection of appropriate specialist firms and carry out expert advice and quality testing of contractors You check and plausibility of commissioned services (active contract and claim management) You control external specialist planners or independently process the performance phases 1 to 9 of HOAI for new construction, renovation and infrastructure measures You commission and accompany demolition and disposal concepts You commission and assist in the field of soil and groundwater protection, in particular with the topic of contamination processing on federal property You work together with the groundwater and groundwater protection control centre You create technical documentation, opinions, reports and documentation and support the construction project controlling (for budget, appointment and quality risks)

You have a successfully completed degree (Diplom/ Bachelor/Master) of the disciplines Civil Engineering or a comparable discipline or You have a successful conclusion to the state-tested technician/ to the state-tested technician or Completion as a master of the above-mentioned discipline and then a professional experience corresponding to at least six years in an activity of engineering cuts (e.g. by means of work certificates). You bring with them certain knowledge of German, which correspond at least to the language level C1 (flowing in word and writing) and are capable of leading a service car (guide certificate class B) You have the willingness to carry out a safety review “Ü 2” under the Security Audit Act

Depending on the personal and operational requirements, a fee from the E10 Group to the E12 TV‐L (approximately 50,000,00 € – approx. 80,300,00 € per year) with the development potential E13 and with all agreed social services (e.g. occupational pension provision) is possible for employees.
