Your duties Development of innovative software solutions for measuring, testing, analysis and assistance systems in glass tube production Conception and implementation of modern software architectures for Linux, Windows and real-time systems Development of powerful applications with Rust, C/C++ and script languages Planning and implementation of software tests to ensure high quality and reliability Planning and implementation of communication interfaces between devices, systems and IT systems Independently responsible processing of development projects from requirement analysis to global rollout of innovative solutions Your profile Successfully completed university studies of technical computer science, electrical engineering or a comparable discipline Multiannual experience in the development of software for industrial systems and applications Founded practice in Linux as well as very good programming knowledge in Rust, C/C++ and Python Experience in areas such as image processing, signal analysis or device control Interest or first experiences in front-end development are advantageous Confidence with industrial communication standards such as MQTT or OPC UA Self-employed and structured working methods combined with strong team skills and clear and value-adding communication Your Benefit As open as SCHOTT is for your further development, our offer of additional benefits is as extensive.
