The group of electrical test systems develops high-precision test systems for electronic assemblies (PCBA) and devices with 15 employees. Your duties include: professional and disciplinary leadership and development of employees; Ensuring efficient organisation and compliance with legal requirements Active competence and knowledge management to promote qualification and know-how transfer Promoting motivation, action orientation and communication quality in the team and with interfaces Responsibility for the development of concepts and cost assessments in testing technology Methodological development and definition and maintenance of the tool and technology landscape of the testing technology Optimization of processes and cooperation on system concepts in the field of test technology development Coordination of serial support, software maintenance and change management and cross-site exchange

Completed studies in electrical engineering, mechatronics, industrial engineering, etc. Multiannual experience in development projects and in leadership roles Multiannual experience in the development of measurement and testing technology Entrepreneurial thinking and independent work Strong communication, negotiation and enforcement English knowledge in word and writing Global readiness
