Customer Relationship Management Support of existing customers in real estate and lease management Processing of prospective requests Contract management and implementation Completion, administration and changes of lease and lease contracts including security contracts Processing of notices, enforcement of claims and other claims, and prosecution of infringements Financial management Ensuring punctual rental and lease payments Implementation of the lease and lease collection and assessment of claims Participation in operating and heating cost accounting Process optimization and coordination Internal and external service providers Support for refurbishment and repair measures as well as support for housekeeping Compliance with special tasks according to requirements
