Do you want to gain practical experience in IT transformation, change management and internal communication? In our IT Agile & People team you actively shape how change is communicated, understood and lived in the company. As a student, you take responsibility independently, work closely with experienced colleagues and bring your ideas into ongoing transformation and organizational development initiatives.

Your new role

You are responsible for the company-wide IT-Transformations-Newsletter You take responsibility for the company-wide communication feedback survey You create internal IT organizational development formats You support the preparation, implementation and refurbishment of communication formats, in particular IT all-hands, management meetings and other internal Syncs You accompany change management activities beyond communication

You are a enrolled bachelor's degree (from the 4th semester) or a master's student, for example in BWL, economic psychology, organizational development, communication or a comparable degree course You bring very good skills in text, storytelling and communication design and have experience with communication tools, such as Canva or Adobe You bring first experience in transformation, organizational development or change management You have a good understanding of IT and digital topics or are motivated to work on topics You work structured, reliable and independent and communicate safely in German and English

You are part of our IT team at Allane SE and in the Munich area.
