(Senior) Accountant Fixed Assets (m/f/d)

Take ownership of the ongoing fixed asset accounting for multiple legal entities Record, capitalize, transfer, and dispose of fixed assets in accordance with accounting standards Perform periodic depreciation runs and ensure their accurate execution Ensure the correct accounting treatment of fixed assets in compliance with HGB and IFRS Support the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements Analyze and reconcile fixed asset accounts while investigating and resolving discrepancies Support investment projects and assessment capitalization requirements for new investments Assist with fixed asset inventories and accurate asset records Act as the point of contact for auditors, tax advisors, and internal departments Drive the continuous optimization and digitalization of accounting processes

Successfully completed commercial training, ideally complemented by a qualification as a Certified Accountant (IHK) or a comparable qualification Several years of professional experience in accounting, preferably within fixed asset accounting Good knowledge of German GAAP (HGB); IFRS knowledge is considered to be advantage Experience with SAP S/4HANA is beneficial Knowledge of investment and CAPEX processes Experience in fixed asset management and fixed asset inventories Advanced Microsoft Excel skills Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken
