(Head) Developer (m/w/d) (unlimited, full time) at the Dortmund site with the possibility of 80% Mobile Office

Strong in the team: You work with around 15 developers: in addition to the further development of our in-house software - in close exchange, based on clear standards and with stable tech setup. You will bring your own ideas into shape and participate in the further development of our development policies and technical standards. Modern applications: You develop new applications, optimize existing and actively work on the further development of our core systems - Focus on Delphi (Object Pascal) and databases. Complex data, clear reports: You'll start reports using sophisticated SQL queries and create targeted SQL usage for a reliable database. Implementation of IT requirements: You support the team in the analysis and implementation of technical requirements - structured, solution-oriented and with a view to the whole.

Technical foundation: A completed study of (economic) informatics or comparable IT training (e.g. specialist:in application development). Language as key: You speak German fluently and can safely exchange yourself in meetings, code reviews and other teams. Experience counts: You already have several years of professional experience in software development - also like in other programming languages or technologies. OOP in everyday life: Object-oriented development is routine for you. You work with Clean Code, use design patterns and know Clean Architecture. Tool-knowledge: Jira and Git are standard for you - you are sure to move in the agile project environment.
