Processing and collection of insurance applications and incoming customer documents Digital collection, maintenance and management of customer and contract data in our systems Careful documentation and management of processes in the system Administrative support in the field of customer service Cooperation in the optimization of internal processes, e.g. in document management, together with product management Support of the dental additional insurance team in operational daily business
