For our growing team at Karlsruhe, we are looking for you in full time (40h) and indefinitely, as a construction project coordinator with a focus on stakeholder management (m/w/d).

This is what awaits you

You accompany and coordinate ongoing construction measures such as line laying, drilling and further infrastructure measures within the Phase-1 projects. You act as a central contact for stakeholders such as agriculture, land owners, communities and other external partners. You ensure smooth communication between internal areas such as land management, project development and accounting. You ensure the implementation and further development of relevant management systems and take responsibility for their compliance. You identify risks, conflict points and information needs in the building environment and control appropriate measures. You document building progress, voting and stakeholder interactions in a transparent and structured manner.

You have a degree in engineering, architecture, communication, geography, environmental or geosciences, agricultural sciences or a comparable qualification. You bring 3–5 years of relevant professional experience in construction management, in infrastructure projects or in a similar co-ordinative role. You have strong communication and coordination capabilities as well as a pronounced degree of social competence in dealing with different stakeholders. You work independently, responsibly and structured — even in challenging project situations. You ideally have knowledge of cost planning, scheduling and contract law. You can safely master the current IT tools (e.g. MS Office) and work in interdisciplinary teams. You have very good knowledge of German and English.
