Intern (m/w/d) Trade Fair Organization / Holiday Trade Fairs

The Tourism & Caravaning area organizes and organizes three holiday fairs: The CMT in Stuttgart, as the world's largest public fair for tourism and leisure, and the TC in Leipzig and the REISEN & CARAVANING in Hamburg. From September 2025 we are looking for an intern (m/w/d).

They support the project team in the design, planning, preparation, implementation and preparation of various trade fairs. You work together with the project management in a practical manner and get in-depth insights into the conceptual, organisational and communicative tasks of trade fair preparation and implementation.

Concrete tasks include: Written, telephone and personal address and support of exhibitors Planning Stage and Framework Programme Visitor communication and advertising Possibility to edit defined detailed projects such as special shows, framework programmes or accompanying congresses

Study of Business Administration, ideally with the focus on cultural, leisure, event or tourism management You want to gain first practical experience during your mandatory internship Embossed customer orientation and structured working Rasche conception and organizational talent Very good MS Office knowledge and good English skills
