Referent (w/m/d) in the Unit ‘Cyber Security in Civil Aviation – Principle’ (Release group E 13 TVöD or the comparable grade according to BBesO) indefinitely at the office of Freital Since its founding in December 2023, the W3 department has been supporting the actors of civil aviation specifically in implementing effective cybersecurity measures. W 31 plays a central role as a policy expert: we introduce our expertise in strategic decision-making processes and represent the BSI in national and international bodies. Through the central office ''Cyber Security in the Economy'' we also provide a practical, needs-oriented and reliable support for regulated companies in implementing legal cybersecurity requirements.

Analysis and assessment of national and international regulatory requirements (e.g. NIS‐2, Part‐IS, KRITISDachG) Technical support for regulated enterprises under the central office of cybersecurity in the economy Addressee-oriented preparation and communication of complex cybersecurity-relevant issues for decision-makers, companies and specialised bodies Conception, creation and further development of practical and demand-oriented support and information services for regulated institutions Evaluation, conception and introduction of AI-based processes for the sustainable support of the central office Participation in the creation and further development of technical concepts for the BSI portal

A degree (Diplom [Uni]/ Master) of the disciplines Computer Science, IT Security, Data Science, IT Management, Administration or Business Informatics, Psychology, Administration, Communications or Economics, or a comparable, relevant field of information technology/analysis. Knowledge or experience in cyber security or dealing with regulated companies is desirable, in particular in the context of NIS‐2, LuftSiG or KRITIS. Ideally, you will also experience the design and digitization of administrative and business processes. What is important to us: You like to work strategically and can advance processes structuredly. You have a binding and friendly appearance and a convincing oral and written expressive capacity. In the team you work openly, are criminal and are collaborative and self-initiative in your work.
