Personnel Officer - part-time (m/f/d)

You take over the holistic support of a defined employee group along the entire employee lifecycle: from recruiting and onboarding to personal care, pay determination and change to the offboarding process. You advise managers and employees in all personnel-relevant, labour law and collective bargaining issues. You carry out job evaluations and classifications according to ERA-TV. You work closely with the Works Council, form operational regulations and implement them. You actively contribute to the further development of HR processes, guidelines and standards. You create evaluations, contracts, certificates and other personal documents.

You have a completed degree with a focus on human resources management, business management or comparable qualifications or you can prove a commercial training with additional qualification for the personal specialist IHK. You bring several years of experience in operational or generalist human resources, ideally in the environment of the metal and electrical industries. You have a well-founded knowledge of labour law and collective bargaining as well as in co-determination processes. You have already been able to participate in HR projects and in the optimization of personal processes. You control the safe handling of MS Office and ideally with common HR systems. You have very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing. You prove communication strength, consulting skills and team skills.
